Here’s how to reheat in the oven.
- Preheat your oven to 180C.
- If they have been kept in the fridge, take them out, and let it settle to room temperature.
- Heat them for 10 to 15 minutes or until the inside are hot. (please note cooking times may vary)
- Take out and serve.

Pickup and care instructions

Our cakes are delicate and fragile, so they require careful handling when leaving the store. We recommend refrigerating the cake unless otherwise instructed by our staff. Ensure the cake box is kept out of direct sunlight. To enjoy your cake at its best,we suggest removing it from the fridge 10-15 minutes before serving, allowing it to come to room temperature.

Availability

Orders for cake pickups must be placed at least 36 hours in advance. However, we always have a selection of cakes and pastries available in-store. If you need something sooner, feel free to give us a call!

Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time will receive a 50% refund.

While our cakes may be listed as free of specific allergens, please note that they are made in an environment where allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs are present. We cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
